These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cgtravel.co and any travel planning, design, or coordination services provided by CG Travel (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by Kevin Carreira and based in Barcelona, Spain.

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

## 2. Our Services

CG Travel provides personalized travel planning and coordination, including itinerary design, accommodation and experience recommendations, and coordination with third-party travel suppliers (hotels, transport providers, guides, and similar).

We act as your travel designer and coordinator. Where bookings are made directly with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.), those suppliers’ own terms and conditions apply to that specific booking, in addition to ours.

## 3. Enquiries and Planning Process

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a booking or a binding agreement. A formal engagement begins once we’ve agreed on the scope of planning services and, where applicable, any planning fee.

## 4. Payments, Fees, and Bookings

– Planning fees, where applicable, are agreed with you before work begins and are separate from the cost of flights, accommodation, and other travel components.
– Travel costs (flights, hotels, experiences, etc.) are billed directly by the relevant supplier or passed through at cost, as agreed with you in advance.
– You are responsible for all charges arising from bookings made on your behalf, including any fees, taxes, or supplier charges.
– Payment terms, cancellation windows, and deposit requirements will be confirmed with you at the time of booking, as these vary by supplier.

## 5. Cancellations and Changes

– Cancellation or change policies for individual bookings (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) are set by the relevant third-party supplier, not by CG Travel, and are subject to their terms.
– Any planning fees paid to CG Travel are non-refundable once work on your itinerary has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– We will do our best to assist with changes or cancellations on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee outcomes that are outside a supplier’s own policies.

## 6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:
– Ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation
– Arranging your own travel insurance, unless otherwise agreed
– Meeting health, vaccination, or entry requirements for your destination
– Providing accurate information needed to plan and book your trip

We’re happy to advise where we can, but final responsibility for meeting these requirements rests with you.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

– CG Travel acts as a planner and coordinator. We are not the operator of flights, accommodations, tours, or other travel services booked on your behalf, and we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party suppliers.
– To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our planning services is limited to the fees paid to CG Travel for that specific service.
– We are not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government actions, epidemics or pandemics, or other force majeure events.

## 8. Insurance

We strongly recommend all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruption. CG Travel does not provide insurance and cannot guarantee coverage or claims outcomes under any policy you purchase.

## 9. Intellectual Property

All content on cgtravel.co, including text, images, and itineraries created by CG Travel, is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced without our consent.

## 10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
